It’s not very often we get to do things together as a family. Rory works really hard and only gets one day a week off work, he hasn’t had any time off work since christmas so he’s booked some time off and we’ve planned a few family days out together.
Today we went to Smithills Open Farm in Bolton, we had a great day learning about the different animals, we fed a baby lamb, we stroked baby pigs, baby goats and we held a chick!
Kory was fascinated!
We all had a fantastic time and a really good day together.
Open farms are a great way to educate your children, learn them different animals, teach them how to look after them and to just have an all round fun day!
