Kory’s first easter

Babies have so many ‘firsts’.

Not just their first smile, their first time rolling over or sitting up, there’s also their first holidays! Now that we’re a family, I love making our own traditions with Kory and celebrating the holidays together.

For me, easter has always been about spending time with family, so over the weekend we did just that. I made us a nice family dinner, we had small gifts and we ate lots of chocolate!

Kory is still a little young to understand about the easter bunny or the story of Jesus or take part in an Easter egg hunt so we just spent our easter at home, he’ll be able to appreciate those things next year when he’s a bit older.
